Once a computer has been compromised it may not be possible to remove all malware from it without completely rebuilding the computer. The callers may claim that you owe education taxes or that your Windows computer is hacked.&nbsp; This time of year these scams tend to increase, and it's good to keep in mind that they are an ongoing issue.
