This will have an impact on the following services:<br /><br /><strong>Public Printing</strong> - Users may experience a window during which print services are unavailable. This should not last more than 15-30 minutes. If you are unable to print during this window, please wait and re-try your print job later. If you are still experiencing problems outside of the maintenance window noted, please notify Student Support.<br /><br /><strong>Software Licensing</strong> - Users may experience a window during which licensed software (specifically MATLAB and SPSS) may indicate at launch that the licensing server is unavailable. Again, this window should not last for more than 15-30 minutes. If you do experience a problem launching these applications during this window, please wait and re-try a later. On iPhone and iPad only, a single Study.Net document or eReader can be downloaded. (To get another file, it may be necessary to back out and then re-enter the&nbsp;<em>Study.Net Materials</em>&nbsp;tool.)&nbsp;</p> <p>Android users, please continue to use your laptop to access&nbsp;Study.Net materials. The issue is now resolved.<strong><br /></strong></p> <p>The problem involved <span>updates</span><span> to the antivirus filters</span>, and prevented mail from being sent or received.&nbsp; <span></span>Mail was queued and is now being delivered; no mail was lost.&nbsp; Over the next few hours you should receive all mail that was sent to you during the outage period.</p> <p>We sincerely apologize for this problem and regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. Once a computer has been compromised it may not be possible to remove all malware from it without completely rebuilding the computer.
