Teamwork and Challenge in Baltimore Harbor
Build your team leadership skills while learning to sail in Baltimore Harbor! Sailing lessons in the morning are followed by a high-energy Team Sailing Regatta in the afternoon.

Sailing by its nature requires that the skipper and crew work together as a team, smoothly and effectively. Communication, teamwork, and leadership are important components of this venture, and these skills are practiced in an environment of excitement and challenge. Each sailboat can accommodate four or five participants, plus a professional skipper, allowing the team to sail in comfort and safety while taking an active role in sailing the boat.
Learning objectives for Team Sailing include building crucial communication skills under pressure, developing a network of trust among team members, learning to react quickly in critical conditions, and enhancing effective team performance.
