FRESHMAN EVENTS

New Student Orientation

Incoming students are introduced to Wharton with an all-day event including a welcome from the Dean, Vice Dean, Undergraduate Division administrators and student leaders. Students are then split into their respective cohorts and attend presentations on academics and student life at Wharton. Freshmen then get acquainted with their cohort at a welcome lunch followed by the capstone event known as "First Friday" where first-year students enjoy carnival games, eat tasty Philly treats like soft pretzels and Tastykakes, and socialize with their classmates.
