WCIT provides computer consultants to assist students, faculty, and staff in using Wharton's computer systems, software, and services. Student Support representatives are available for walk-in assistance, by phone hot-line, and by e-mail. Contact information for the Student Support office is as follows:

In addition to the "official" manuals that ship with the software, third party documentation is available for most popular computer software. Two bookstores with a wide selection of computer books are listed below.
The Wharton News section of SPIKE displays frequently updated announcements and information. This screen contains news, events, and announcements from Wharton's Graduate and Undergraduate Divisions, The Graduate and Undergraduate Student Associations, and Wharton Computing and Information Technology. The interface is customizable based upon your affiliation with Wharton.
Lippincott Library Training
The Lippincott Library of the Wharton School provides training on
library research techniques, covering both print and online resources.
TTG offers hands-on courses on various software topics for both the novice and advanced computer user. You can find out more about their programs by calling 215-573-3102 or emailing them at learnit@isc.upenn.edu. They are located in the Sansom Pl. West.
