Accessing Your Club's Email Account

A club email account works in conjunction with your current Wharton account but it does have its own account space. If you have been given access to the club's email account, instructions for accessing the club mailbox differ depending on the type of Web browser you are using. Follow the directions below that match your Web brower:

• Internet Explorer Users:
  1. Log into Webmail as normal by clicking the Exchange Mail link in SPIKE and enter your own Wharton username and password.
     
     
  2. If you have disabled pop-ups in your web browser, select your web browser's option to temporarily enable them.
     
     
  3. Click on the link in the upper right hand corner of the Webmail screen where it says your name.
     
     
  4. In the Open Other Mailbox window, type your group account's email name (xxx@wharton.upenn.edu) and click Open.
     
     
• Firefox, Opera, Safari and other Web Browser Users:
  • In your browser's address bar, type the following web address, making sure to replace the XXXX in the link with your club's email name:
    
    https://owa.wharton.upenn.edu/owa/xxxx@wharton.upenn.edu
    
    For example: If your club's email address is whartoncomputingisfun@wharton.upenn.edu, you would type: https://owa.wharton.upenn.edu/owa/whartoncomputingisfun@wharton.upenn.edu
    
    
  • Log into the email account using your Wharton username and password.
