It could be that you do not have an exchange account, or that exchange is set to a language other than English. Computer Consulting is able to help you troubleshoot this issue.
This is not currently permitted due to privacy and spam concerns. You will need to add people individually to your address book. If you need to contact your entire class or cohort, you should use the appropriate email list or contact your Program Office. In addition to sending an email, you can post a message to the Spike Forum of your cohort, group or class. You can access these forums from your Wharton Facebook profile by going to the My Groups section in the lower left hand corner.
You can change your privacy settings in the "edit privacy settings" link of Facebook. There are yes/no radio buttons so you can choose what information you want to share. If you need to go back to view the FERPA disclaimer you filled out when you first entered facebook, you can do it from privacy settings as well.
If you click on the "preview my public profile" you will be able to see your profile as others do. If something is displaying that you would rather show or not show, go into "edit privacy settings" to change it.
If you click on "my profile", the right hand box will show categories with [edit] next to them. Just click the edit links to add or delete information.
In "my profile" under your photo, there is a module that will allow you to record your name. It requires that you have the Flash Player installed and that you have a microphone. Simply enable your microphone and hit the red record button and say your name. When you are done just hit the stop button. You can immediately replay your name by hitting the play button. If you are unhappy with the recording, you can just repeat the process to overwrite your original recording.
Life@Wharton is a way to provide snapshots of life at Wharton. If you have an image of a school-related activity, feel free to upload it for approval. If approved, your image will be posted for up to two weeks. If you have a picture that is a personal milestone, please direct them to your program website. Note that files must be less than 200Kb in size, and either a.jpg, .gif or .jpeg. Further directions can be found within Life@Wharton when you try to upload your photo.
