MBA Program Office

Phone Conference Center

Need A Phone?  Need Some Privacy?

The MBA Program Office is delighted to announce that we can now offer you a private space with a phone for those times when you need to interview with a potential employer or your team needs to have a conference call. All you need is a phone card (prepaid or credit).

Where is this room located?
G32 in JMHH is the small conference room we've set aside for your use. The room is available by reservation only.

How do I reserve G32 JMHH?
Just send an e-mail to mbaprogam@wharton.upenn.edu with the date and time you need and we'll let you know whether or not the room is available. Once you've reserved the room, you'll need to stop by our office before your call is scheduled to borrow the room key. We'll ask you to leave your Penn I.D. with us until we get the room key back.  (If you need to use the room after normal business hours or on weekends, we will send a request to Facilities so that Security will open the door for you and you won't have to leave your ID with us.)

What do I need to do to make a long-distance call?
Just press 9, dial the access number on your phone card and follow your long-distance provider's instructions.

Can I receive an incoming call in that room (e.g., from a potential employer)?
Absolutely! The phone number is 215-573-2479.

Does this room have video conferencing facilities?
Unfortunately, it doesn't.  However, the Career Management office has accessible video-conferencing capability and you simply need to contact Lyndon Brown at that office's front desk to reserve this equipment.
