Posting Events on SPIKE
The on-line, or SPIKE calendar (as it is more commonly known) is the central source for events (including recruiting, club meetings, speakers, conferences, etc.). Use this calendar to publicize your events at Wharton. You can view the calendar on the monitors at the Walnut Street and Locust Walk entrances to JMHH, and in the MBA Café and Baker Forum, also in JMHH.
To post an event on the SPIKE calendar, please go to the SPIKE homepage and click on the "Calendar" tab to submit an event. NOTE: All WGA Clubs have one assigned SPIKE Calendar Administrator. This Calendar Administrator can view all events posted on SPIKE, both public and private. If you are scheduling an event on behalf of your club you should ask your SPIKE Calendar Administrator to do this for you instead. Doing so will give you a better idea of what other MBA events you are scheduling against, and the number of students that may be affected by conflicts.

If you wish to send an email related to your event, please be sure to read the Wharton MBA Email Policy before doing so.
Students are required to follow the "Policies and Procedures for Authorized Use" of the Wharton logo as laid out by Wharton Publications. Any questions can be forwarded to the MBA Program Office.
