Spring 2010 Course Auction: The Spring 2010 Course Registration Auction will now open on November 16 for second years and November 18 for first years. On November 10, we will publish MBA Bulletins that will give you information about the auction and a list of electives that will be offered. The bulletin will also include the 1st year spring core schedule. Auction Seminar: The MBA Program Office Student Advisory Board will hold a student panel that will discuss their experiences with the auction. The panel will be held on November 11, 3-4;15pm in JMHH 345.

If you are interested in taking non-Wharton courses, see the following: University Registrar (Penn courses), Law School, or Organizational Dyamics for options. Advance Registration is November 9-22 (October 22 - November 16 for Organizational Dynamics).

Excel Shortcut Keys, Tips & Tricks: The MBA Program Office will present the first in a series of Excel workshops on December 2, from 4:30-6:30pm in JMHH 375. This seminar covers many Excel shortcut keys, tips and tricks that you can apply right away to save time and increase your productivity. The cost of the program is $40.  Students can register online. Specific topics will cover shortcuts to: 

1. Quickly complete business spreadsheets
2. Effectively navigate and manipulate large data lists
3. Enter formulas and format worksheets
4. Handle multiple worksheets
   

India GIP 2009:  There is still an opportunity for you to join the India GIP!  The program is scheduled for December 27, 2009 – January 9, 2010.  Click here for more information.

Quiet Study: To help students find quiet study time during the day, Facilities and Operations have opened space during lunch. From 12pm-1:20pm, Monday-Thursday, you can study in JMHH 340 (from Sept 21-Oct 29) or in JMHH G65 (from Nov 2-Dec 10). Space can also be found in the late afternoons from 3-4:30PM (except for October 2) and from 4:30pm to midnight. Note: The Quiet Study reservation on Monday 11/9 and Tuesday 11/10 during the 12pm-1:20pm time frame in JMHH G65 has been cancelled due to classroom repairs. Unfortuantely, all other spaces in that time slot have been booked.
